1. Short hair is a compulsory part of the school uniform for boys.
2. Girls must attend school in neatly combed and tied hair. They may use only black air bands and clips.
3. Girls must not wear make-up and any expensive jewelry to school.
1. Parents/Guardians must order school uniforms for their wards from the school approved tailor in order to maintain uniformity in terms of texture and shade of material.
2. Necessary actions will be taken for the following reasons:
a. If the uniform does not conform to the dress code as specified by the school
b.If the student does not attend school in clean and ironed uniform and proper haircut.
3. Please follow the school group for important information.
B. FEES:
1, (a) Fees are payable in advance at the cash counter of the school between 9 am and 3 pm. on any working day.
(b) Kindly ensure that the correct Name, Class, Section and Admission Number (given at the time of admission) is filled up in the Fee Book.
(c) If the fees run into arrears for two months, the student is liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls.
(d) A late fee of Rs. 200/- per month will be charged if the School fees are not paid within 15th.
2. Any child who has outstanding fees will neither be allowed to appear in the examination nor be considered for promotion to the next class.
3. Fees for the month of February-March are to be paid in February.
4. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.A STUDENT A SWILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE SCHOOL ONLY WITH THE PERSON WHO PRODUCES THE ESCORT CARD.
2. Every student must possess an Escort Card whether escorted or unescorted.
3. A duplicate Identity Card / Escort Card will be issued on payment of Rs 100/-

1. Students should be courteous to the school authorities for their conduct inside and outside the school premises.

a.Irregular attendance
b.Unjustified or unexplained absence
c.Habitual late-coming ;
d.Disobedience or objectionable behavior of any kind
e.Using or rendering unfair means in any examination or test.
1. A student must attend school on time. Those who come late will not be allowed to attend.
2. Parents/ Guardians of absent students should write an absent note in the Parent to Teacher column.
3. Students who are absent for three months without written intimation will have their names struck off the school rolls.
4. A formal letter, accompanied by a Medical Certificate is necessary in case of sickness for more than two days.
5. Students affected by infectious diseases or exposed to such diseases , Students complete the quarantine period before rejoining school, This should be indicated on the medical certificate.
6.The Principal’s prior permission for leave of absence from school is essential, if absence is anticipated.
1. Correspondence to the Principal should be addressed to her by designation and not by name.
2. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their child or meet teachers during school hours.
3. Parents are expected not to move around the school premises while leaving or taking their children.
4. An ailing child should not be sent to school.
5. No early leave will be granted to a student during school hours. They may be absent for a day if absolutely necessary.
6. Any change of address should be intimated in writing to the School.
7. The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is requested that students do not bring or wear valuables to school.
8. Please do not phone the school on days when there is heavy rain, suspension of public transport or any other emergency. The School will function for those students who are present.
9. If a student is injured during class hours, the school will make every effort to contact the parent first. However, in case this is not possible, the school authorities will take the necessary remedial measures.
10. Parent-teacher meetings will be held regularly to apprise the parents about the performance of the child to ensure his / her holistic development.

Students from class | upwards belong to four Houses. The House system enables the child to become a responsible member of the society through Participation in games, sports and other co-curricular activities.
The four Houses are named after eminent personalities who played an important role in shaping our country.
1. TAGORE: Rabindranath Tagore was a polymath who worked as a poet, writer, playwright, composer, philosopher, social reformer and painter. He was the first Indian to win the Nobel Prize in literature. He reshaped Bengali literature and music as well as Indian art. Tagore, laid great stress and emphasis on the aesthetic development of the senses, which is as important as intellectual development. He built Shantiniketan to bring the learning process closer to nature.
2. NEHRU : Jawaharlal Nehru was the first Prime Minister of India. He believed that education is not only about academics and scholarly studies but also about art, culture and all round development. To provide free and compulsory primary education to all the children, he introduced mass village enrollment programs and construction of thousands of schools. He was fondly called “Chacha Nehru’ and his birthday is celebrated as “Children’s Day.
3. AMBEDKAR : Dr. B RAmbedkar was one of the architects of the Indian constitution. According to him, education made a person fearless, taught him the lesson of unity, and inspired him to struggle for his rights. He made sure that education should be imparted to everyone without the barriers of any caste, creed and race
4. VIVEKANANDA : Swami Vivekananda was an Indian Hindu monk, philosopher, author, religious teacher and the chief disciple of the Ramakrishna Paramhansa. He suggested that education should aim at reforming the human mind, it should not be for filling some facts into the brain. Education should be for the preparation of Iife. He pointed that education must give spiritual awareness leading to greater strength and self-confidence.

The School has a system of continuous and comprehensive assessment throughout the year. These assessments will be both formal and informal.

The Academic Year, from standard I upwards is divided into two terms nameIey Half Yearly Term and Annual Term. In each term Unit Tests will be held for regular assessment, along with Terminal Examination.
A student may be detained due to insufficient attendance, unless on medical grounds.
The final decision for promotion, based on the promotion criteria, lies with the Principal.
1. One calendar month’s notice, in writing, from the 1st date of the month or one month's in lieu thereof, is required for the withdrawal of a student from the school.
2. If the notice given is shorter than one month, the fees due on the first of the following, will be charged as well.
a. If a student’s presence is detrimental to the interest of other students.
b. If a student fails to come up to the academic standard of his/her class and detention in the same class would make the student too for his /her class
